Auto-Reload Credits

Auto-reload is enabled by default when you buy credits. This ensures uninterrupted service.

How Auto-Reload Works

Auto-reload will automatically add credits to top up your account when your balance falls below a certain threshold.

You will be notified via email when this happens, and can download the invoice any time.

How to Disable Auto-Reload

You can disable auto-reload by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Gainly Dashboard.

2. Go to Billing > Plan.

3. Scroll down to Manage Plan section, then click Disable Auto-Reload.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to disable auto-reload.

Disabling Auto-Reload Can Lead to Service Interruption

Disabling auto-reload means your account will no longer automatically replenish credits when the balance falls below the threshold. This may result in service interruption.

We recommend keeping auto-reload enabled to ensure uninterrupted service.
